Lightning II Prime 50 State Compliant 2.1 V.O.C. is a medium build, versatile two component primer-surfacer. It has an ultra fast dry-to-sand time. This primer-surfacer is excellent for spot repairs. Lightning II Prime has excellent adhesion and solvent resistance with all topcoat paint systems.
